What should I do if my tank is leaking?

If you notice a leak, first check the fittings to ensure they are tight. If the problem persists, contact our customer service for technical assistance.

My cistern seems to be sagging. What should I do?

Subsidence can be caused by an insufficiently stable soil base. Ensure the soil is level and add a sand or fine gravel base if necessary.

What to do in case of frost?

Our flexible tanks do not require any special maintenance during freezing weather. They are resistant to temperatures between -30°C and +70°C.
